Managing Director

Mike is a well-respected leader, with a proven track record advising executive boards in the UK, Europe, South Africa and the US. Bringing to the business over 35 years’ experience, spanning all aspects of Sales and Go-To-Market strategies, consultative engagement approaches and delivery methodologies in the technology and consulting sectors.

As Managing Director, his focus is on general management aspects of the business. Mike is very passionate about value-oriented sales, cross-functional stakeholder engagement and effective change management, with the goal of always focusing on delivering material impact to our clients. Across his career, Mike has worked with a variety of sectors, including Not For Profit (Charity and Housing), Healthcare, Finance, Banking, Retail, Distribution, Manufacturing, Automotive and Broadcasting. Outside of work, Mike is a keen DIYer, was a skydiving coach for over 21 years, holds a Private Pilot’s Licence, RYA Competent Crew (Sailing) and is passionate about all things music related.

Janine is a Principal Consultant and joined Equantiis in 2017. Her skills and experience include providing business and change consultancy to support our clients to improve their customer experience and become operationally efficient, through better and appropriate use of technology.

As a member of the Equantiis Senior Leadership Team, Janine shapes and supports the consulting practice and develops our product and service offering. Janine’s career includes 10 years in the not-for-profit sector, specifically within membership, and she leverages her industry expertise and first-hand experience with a wider range of clients, including Membership and Charity, where she provides consultancy on a range of areas including Business Strategy, Customer Experience improvement and process optimisation. In recent years, Janine has applied these consulting skills to the Education sector, supporting HE and FE institutions to improve their applicant and student experience at key phases such as application, enrolment, Clearing and progression. Other projects include Digital and Data Strategy, process and automation, and Student Journey optimisation. She has also worked as a SRM Functional Consultant, using this unique insight of both sector knowledge, and enabling technology to achieve transformational outcomes. Janine is also a regular event speaker and creates and shares industry and sector insights with her network.

Vivienne joined the Equantiis team 2022 with over 20 years senior leadership experience including roles at Action for Children, SENSE, PACT and within local authorities. Vivienne specialises in change management, digital transformation and data, with a proven track record of delivering performance improvement and efficiency. As a member of the Equantiis Senior Leadership Team, Vivienne shapes what we do in the consulting practices, across the realms of CIO advisory, data, digital transformation and anything change related.

Vivienne has extensive experience in developing and delivering strategy, target operating models, digital transformations and complete cloud migrations, with a focus on improving customer experience. In the realm of cyber security, Vivienne has implemented risk management frameworks, including the establishment of cyber security practices and the development of resilient disaster recovery and business continuity plans. She has led and transformed underperforming departments, manage complex negotiations with external suppliers, pioneering user experience and product management approaches, and spearheading improvements in risk management, infrastructure, and business applications. She has extensive experience in building high-performing teams through selection, development, coaching, mentoring, and visionary leadership. Her focus on collaboration, communication, and partnership has resulted in teams that consistently deliver superior performance. Additionally, she has developed data strategies in several national charities that have enabled organisations to realise the value of their data that has driven improvements in membership recruitment and increased engagement from customers, funders and other critical stakeholders. Together with this, Vivienne has expertise in driving service delivery and developing cultures of continuous improvement that have repeatedly led to outstanding customer satisfaction ratings, and ensured improved performance from vendors so that every pound spent is delivering value.

Kirsten has significant generalist experience, with a wealth of PA experience and led an Ops team from agile start-up. Providing the cement between strategic direction, best operational practice, compliant business process and getting quality stuff done.

Kirsten uses her strong interpersonal and communication skills to build robust relationships at all levels. Nurturing a strong, constructive team culture through mindful management; leading by example and from within.
